The Person Behind the Promise
Vickie L. Owens is a retired U.S. Naval Lieutenant Commander, a 30-year corporate executive with IBM, Oracle, and Hewlett Packard, and a lifelong Houstonian who chose to leave the corporate world to serve her community directly.
She founded Star Forward Solutions because she saw a gap: too many people navigating one of life's most important decisions — protecting their health, income, and legacy — without a knowledgeable, caring guide. That changes here.
